Making changes to your daily food plan can be tough. It is by far one of the biggest topics I discuss with clients when

it comes to questions about making healthy choices about how to change their lifestyle for the better.  You see we all

have bad habits and we are addicted to many foods and how they make us feel. Processed and refined foods are so

important to get off as they contain a lot of ingredients that are very poor for our body and cause many sub-health

issues.

Eating foods with preservatives artificial colour sweeteners are important to take off as they reflect low quality

ingredients which are recipes for poor health. Creating the body from within helps to boost energy level and immune

system by understanding the power of wholesome organic foods. To establish a good foundation with food reverts

back to simple meals prepare fresh from scratch.

designed to help you determine the optimal macronutrient ratio (fats: proteins: carbohydrates) to begin the process

of fine-tuning your body which helps to indicate which body type you are. The great thing about Metabolic Typing is

that it will direct you towards the food plan that is right for your body The questionnaire is directly based on the

work of William L Wolcott, who has been researching, developing and refining the science of Metabolic Typing for
